Masala Macaroni
Masala Macaroni is a type of pasta but with an Indian twist. Although macaroni is a western dish making it in Indian spices can treat your taste buds big-time. This Indian-style paste is spicy and is perfect to serve for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Let’s start to make masala macaroni or Indian-style macaroni. Indian style macaroni is one of the recipes that can never lose its charm. The second best about masala macaroni is it’s easy to make and yummy to eat, and also saviour for the days when you want to cook something super easy and mouth watering like “KUCH ACHA.” Ingredients
  • Oil– Use vegetable oil with little butter
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • Capsicum
  • Carrot
  • Peas
  • Beans
  • Coriander leaves
  • Pranati Meat masala
  • Pranati Turmeric powder 
  • Salt
Preparation Take a pan to boil the macaroni, and add water, when the water starts to boil add half tsp salt and one tsp of oil and macaroni. Boil until it turns soft, do not over-cook. Drain the water and keep macaroni aside. Add oil 3 tbs in the pan, and let it heat. Now add finely chopped onion and saute it until it gets a little brown. Then add tomato and cook it for another 2-3 minutes. Now add salt and Pranati turmeric powder and saute well. Add one-fourth cup of water and stir properly. Cook till the oil comes out. It’s time to add capsicum, carrot, peas and beans or the veggies of your choice. Cook until the vegetables are done. Furthermore, add cheese or cream, as per the taste or availability. Mix properly. Finally, add the boiled pasta, and coriander leaves, and mix well. Serve it hot with grilled cheese, garlic bread, or bread and butter.
