Ingredient
250 gram Mutton Keema (Fresh)
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 medium-sized onions
2 medium-sized tomatoes
1 green chilli (If you like spicy you can add some Pranati Lal Mirch)

Most people think to have a real flavour of mutton keema we should use less spice but that’s not the deal. Spices enhance and take out the authentic hidden taste of mutton from its KEEMA. If you don’t believe it, try this recipe.
Spices
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Pranati Garam Masala
1 tsp Pranati Meat Masala
1 tsp Pranati Dhaniya Powder
Preparation of mutton keema takes only the time to cook the ingredients with spices to prepare the real taste of it.
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add finely chopped onions and move it well
- Add ginger garlic paste and keep moving
- Cut green chilli into two pieces and add it to the pan
- Wait until onions turn light brown
- Now add salt, 1 tsp Pranati Garam Masala, 1 tsp Pranati Meat Masala, 1 tsp Pranati Dhaniya Powder, & 1 tsp salt. Add a little one tbsp of water and saute well for 3 to 4 mins
- Once the mixture starts to leave oil add Keema, mix well, and cover it. Let it cook for 5 to 8 mins.
- Keep checking the keema, and when it releases its moisture and gets a little tender, add properly grind tomatoes, mix well, cover it, and cook for 5 mins or until the smell of raw tomatoes goes away.
- Towards the end remove the lid, move properly, check if the keema is done, and garnish it with some coriander.
- Keema is ready to relish with rice, bread, or roti.
Variations you can make
If you love peas then you can add peas after adding all the spices in the Keema. You can also add potatoes or mushrooms to it. It completely depends on what you like and how.
