Chicken rice recipe
in Indian style is all about spices and herbs. 

The most interesting thing about this recipe is that all the ingredients are easily found in your kitchen and when ingredients are easily accessible it becomes easy to make anything and anytime just like this chicken rice recipe.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

2 medium-sized bowls of boiled rice

5 to 6 garlic cloves finely chopped 

One finely chopped onion

One finely chopped tomato

2 tbsp grated cabbage

One finely chopped bell pepper (any colour)

Spices and herbs

2 Pinch of salt

Pinch of Pranati Garam Masala

Pinch of Pranati Chicken Masala

Pinch of Pranati Dhaniya Powder

Coriander

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan. 
  2. Place a chicken breast in it. Cook it until it’s done.
  3. Now take out cooked chicken on the plate and keep it aside.
  4. Now heat 2 tbsp of oil in the same, add finely chopped garlic and wait till the garlic turns golden.
  5. Now add finely chopped onion, tomato, and 2 tbsp grated cabbage, saute well, and cook until everything turns translucent. Don’t overcook it!
  6. Half tsp of salt, Half tsp of Pranati Garam Masala, Half tsp of Pranati Chicken Masala, and Half tsp of Pranati Dhaniya Powder, and mix well. 
  7. Now add the boiled rice and mix thoroughly. Cook for a couple of mins without covering it. Turn off the flame.
  8. Immediately place chicken breasts on the rice, add some coriander, and cover the pan for a couple of minutes. 
  9. Your chicken rice is ready to eat. 

Note: Do not overcook anything in this recipe.
